Delfi Technologies A/S examines the serial number of the product to find out whether the product is still covered by warranty.

Warranty repairs are without costs. Products which have been sent within the period of warranty, where the defect is not covered of our warranty terms, we will give an offer on spare parts and time of repair. Warranty products where there not have been ascertained any defects will be returned with a test charge of 475 DKK.

When you send an out-off warranty device for repair please bear in mind there is a standard test fee of 475 DKK.

In case of any additional costs you will receive a repair quotation.


In our online data base of repairs, you can se the actual status of the repairs.
If the e-mail has been registered, we will send an e-mail to the contact person so he will be updated about the repair.

If you send a product for repair without having completed a RMA form, an administration fee of 195 DKK will be added.
